Susan, our Administrative Assistant, has been a valuable member of the Career Services staff for over nine years and keeps the department running smoothly by efficiently managing the office.  She also assists the Director with reports, correspondence, and program preparations as needed.  Susan coordinates and executes our office's administrative and financial functions. Just some of her many areas of expertise include: management of the Career Services budget; processing student and staff payroll; purchasing and payments; travel records; vendor services and equipment; recording and publishing departmental monthly and yearly reports. Susan also takes care of our scheduling needs when it involves the many presentations Career Services facilitates.  Susan is the “glue” that holds us together.
