We offer support and assistance to programs, offices, and departments campus-wide with their assessment efforts. In addition, the Office of Academic Planning and Assessment supports the assessment of Sam Houston State University's Core Learning Objectives.

The Office of Academic Planning and Assessment has completed work on a new Meta-assessment rubric, designed to help evaluate the quality of annual assessment plans. This rubric is can be found on our Assessment Resources page.

Upcoming Assessment Deadlines
- Assessment Findings and Results should have been entered into the OATDB for all programs by August 1, 2013
- Actions and Continuous Improvement Plans should be entered into the OATDB for all programs by September 1, 2013
- 2012-2013 Assessment Cycle will be closed on October 1, 2013
