We offer support and assistance to programs, offices, and departments campus-wide with their assessment efforts. In addition, the Office of Academic Planning and Assessment supports the assessment of Sam Houston State University's Core Learning Objectives.

ATTENTION! The Office of Academic Planning and Assessment is seeking volunteers to participate in two separate scoring sessions coming up in July. We will conduct scoring for the Assessment of Written Communication (AWC) July 14th and 15th, followed by scoring for the Critical Thinking Assessment (CAT) Test July 27th and 28th. Please contact Jeff Roberts at email@example.com or Brandi Jones at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are able to participate in one, or both, of these sessions.

Upcoming Assessment Deadlines
- Assessment Findings and Results should be entered by all units by August 1, 2016
- Actions and Plan for Continuous Improvement Elements should be entered by all units by September 5, 2016
- The 2015-2016 Assessment period in CampusLabs will be closed for entry on October 3, 2016
