University Records Retention Schedule
Sam Houston State University maintains a Records Retention Schedule that is certified by the Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) and complies with and adheres to the records retention schedules as stated in the Texas State Records Retention Schedule, 3rd edition, published by the TSLAC, and stated in Texas Administrative Code, Title 13, Chapter 6, Section 6.10.
