Non-Reappointment and Denial of Tenure
“A non-tenured faculty member, who is notified of non-reappointment in accordance with Board of Regents’, Rules and Regulations, Chapter V, Subsection 4.14, “Reappointments”or who is notified in accordance with Chapter V, Subsection 4.24, “Maximum Probationary Service ”, that tenure has been denied and that the subsequent academic year will be the terminal year of appointment, shall not be entitled to a statement of the reasons upon which the decision for such action is based.”
