I graduated from Dana College in Blair, Nebraska with a degree in Elementary Education and German. I chose teaching as a career because I want to help children be successful. Education is the number one way to help our children be successful! This is my 15th year to teach kindergarten and I have five years of experience teaching other grade levels. I chose SHSU Charter School because of their dedication to education and their commitment to the children. What I enjoy most about our school is the sense of community among the teachers, students, and families.
When I’m not at school working, I enjoy reading, traveling and spending time with my family.
