The Sam Houston State University Center for Music Education, in partnership with the Texas Bandmasters Association and the Texas Music Educators Association, will host a Professional Development Session for Middle School Music Teachers:

September and October are the formative months! The clinicians will offer advice on how to achieve success two months at a time with performing bands and director responsibilities. They will also detail six important areas of beginning instrument instruction.
The Schedule is:
8:30 AM - Registration
9:00 AM - Session I
Noon - Lunch
1:30 PM - Session II
4:30 PM - End
The price is $10.00 for TBA, TMEA Members and SHSU Students, $15.00 for others.
