Over the past 5+ years teaching at Sam Houston State University, Dr. Frazier has taught a variety of nutrition-related classes, mainly in the food science and nutrition track. Her past work experience as a Clinical Dietitian allows her to bring real world dietetics experience to the students. She enjoys teaching her students to apply current evidence-based nutrition practice guidelines to assist in making appropriate nutrition-related decisions for individuals with various disease conditions. Research interests include student health and wellness, environmental nutrition, and food sustainability.
