My philosophy of teaching is to ensure the growth of the individual by giving him/her the tools to compete in the actual world and yet respect his/her individualism at all times.
My main goal in teaching a second language is to stimulate the interest in the second language, to stress communicative competence and enable the student to speak with certain fluency.
