To Apply for the SHSU 2023 Summer Dance Intensive
- Fill out the Application Form and pay the Registration Fee ($30)
(No applications can be considered until the Registration Fee is paid - Application Form will ask you to submit a resume and headshot
- Have a teacher fill out a Teacher Evaluation Form

You will receive an acceptance email once all forms and fees have been received.
Do not pay the tuition fee until after you’ve been accepted. Once you have been accepted, you will receive instructions on how to pay tuition via email.

Regular Registration (Tuition received after April 15): $1,1000
