Tenure-Track Assistant Professor. The Department of Chemistry at Sam Houston State University, a member of The Texas State University System, invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor position. We are seeking a Ph.D. chemist preferably with post-doctoral experience, whose duties will include research in chemical education, teaching undergraduate courses including general chemistry and potentially teaching graduate courses in their research area. In addition to an ACS-certified B.S. and an M.S. program in Chemistry, the Department offers a B.S. in Forensic Chemistry.
