It's never too late to join in on the fun. We meet every Tuesday night in the Belvin lobby. Contact 294-3241 if you are interested in joining.
Freshmen Residents On the Go (F.R.O.G.s) is a leadership training and social group for freshmen students just starting off at the Sam campus. They meet every other Tuesday evening and get to know other freshmen on campus. FROG members often move on to run for leadership positions within RHA.
Interested in joining F.R.O.G.s? Call our office at 936-294-3241 and ask to speak to Kimmie!

Every year, F.R.O.G.s work on two service projects. In the Fall, they coordinate Safe Treats, which is a program that allows children in the community to safely trick-or-treat in the residence halls. F.R.O.G.s will provide the candy to be given out. Halls and houses decorate their area in Halloween decorations and give candy, read stories, or tour their spooky house with the children.
During the Spring, F.R.O.G.s organizes the Spring Egg Hunt where children from 6 months to 12 years visit the Sam Houston Museum park to hunt for colorful eggs filled with candy and treats. F.R.O.G. members hide anywhere from 500 - 1,000 eggs while children and their parents look for them. If you are interested in organizing these projects, please see your executive board member.
