Undergraduate students who pre-register and pay the $10 registration fee (made payable to Jacqueline Jensen) will be provided housing (at the La Qunita Inn) for the night of 20 October, be invited to attend the pre-conference reception on 20 October, and be provided breakfast and lunch on Saturday 21 October. Students requesting housing support will be asked to share the room with at least one other student. Roommate requests can be made on the registration form.
Unfortunately, no money will be available to help students travel to SHSU. Students are encouraged to inquire with their undergraduate institutions to request travel support.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to fund travel and housing requests for non-undergraduate participants. However, the registration fee of $10 per person will include an invitation to attend the pre-conference reception on 20 October, and provide all participants with breakfast and lunch on Saturday 21 October.
All participants are able to request for TUMC to make lodging arrangements on their behalf. These participants would then pay TUMC directly for their housing, unless other arrangements are made. Please e-mail with any questions.
