The text this semester is  Sower, V.  Essentials of Quality With Cases and Experiential Exercises.  This book is currently available on line at no cost. Click here to go to the text download site.  Excel templates for use inthe course will also be made available on the web site.  We will use the program NWA Quality Analyst which is available on the SHSU network.  You should load a copy to your account using the SHSU program installation menu.

ASQ offers quality certification as a Certified Quality Improvement Associate.  The experience requirement is 2 years of general work experience or at least an associate's degree.  This is a certification that students who complete this course with a final grade of A or B should be prepared to pursue.
