Participants were asked to agree or disagree to statements that the whiteboards are easy to use in various respects and situations:

CONCLUSIONS:

Actual use of the board--marking, erasing, saving, etc. was given favorable ratings by most users.
As with many aspects of technology implementation, training was considered less than adequate by some users.
Problems with logistics regarding setting up and moving the board were reported by some participants, with possible relationship between these problems and need for training.
