A lot of people seem to forget
that on a PC all you have to do is hit the Print Screen key in the top
right sector of the keyboard. Then go to document where you want to see
the screen print and paste it in. |

in Word? |
Just click in the left margin
next to the sentence. Then hit control and left click. |
| Quick Email Text |
If you like to compose your
email messages in MS Word, there is a faster route than copying and pasting
into your email program. Just select File/SendTo/Mail Recipient and it
will do that for you, either in the text window or as an attachment, depending
on your program. |
| Auto Summarize |
This feature in Word is often
overlooked. To to Tools/Auto Summarize. It will highlight or select main
points according to your choices. |
