Students:
If your employment date is listed below,
please make every effort to attend the group orientation session
(on or before your first active duty date). Time does not
normally allow for individual sessions during the beginning
of the Fall or Spring semesters.
The paperwork completed at orientation includes the documents
necessary to initiate your payroll setup (Note: An employee
can not be paid unless these documents are completed and received
by Human Resources before the appropriate payroll
deadline). Be sure to bring to the orientation your social
security card and the identifying documents required to establish
identity and employment eligibility. Also, you will need the
social security numbers, birth dates, and addresses of insured
dependents for your insurance forms.
*An appointment is not necessary to attend an orientation*

If your employment date is not listed
above, please contact your Human Resources Representative to schedule
your orientation meeting. New Employee Orientation's are routinely
conducted in the Human Resources Department on the 1st & 16th
of each month. If the 1st & 16th fall on a weekend, the New
Employee Orientation will be conducted on the next working day.
