Caroline Castillo Crimm joined the History faculty in the fall of 1992.
She taught in the public schools of Florida and Texas for a number of years
before going to graduate school. Her article, "Founding Families: The Mexican-Americans
of Victoria" was published in the 1992 edition of South Texas Studies.
She is currently completing revisions on her book manuscipt dealing with
the history of Tejanos in the Victoria, Texas area. Caroline teaches courses
on Latin America, Texas, and the Southwestern Borderlands.
