Perform economic research and policy recommendations on the housing market and SHF programs. In particular: estimation and analysis of housing and mortgage demand and supply; economic and statistical analysis of mortgage rates, affordability, taxes, and regulatory costs; technical assistance in the regulation of mortgage banks. Assisted in the programs: Remittances for Housing and Microfinance for Home Improvement. Negotiated two multimillion  dollar loans with the World Bank.
